Perovskite Flat-Panel Coating System Solution

Catering to the industrialization needs of perovskite solar cells, Manst has created a full-process flat-panel coating system solution covering laboratory R&D, pilot validation and GW-scale mass production.

At the R&D stage, the showcased laboratory desktop coater enables the fabrication of functional films at micron and submicron levels, helping customers expedite material screening, formulation optimization and process verification.

In the industrialization phase, the company launches an integrated perovskite coating and vacuum drying system. By deeply integrating high-precision coating, high-uniformity air knives and vacuum drying systems, it achieves continuous preparation of all film layers in the perovskite cell manufacturing process.

Regarding core components, the company's independently developed coating die head supports a maximum processing width of 4000mm. The supporting precision injection pump achieves a control resolution of 0.01μL with a response time of only 0.01s.

The first domestic GW-class 2.4-meter wide perovskite flat-panel coating system is compatible with the production of 2.88㎡ large-size modules.
